Staff development and training

Our high-qualified staff is considered to be our strategic advantage, that is why one of the priority directions of our HR management is development and training of our staff.

Our current staff training system involves all staff groups and all fields of staff activities. Nowadays we offer our employees both to take part in professional training programs and to be educated in colleges and universities.

Additional training of our employees is carried out according to long-term agreements intended to satisfy our needs in high-qualified specialists. Several types of training programs are at the disposal of Motovilikha Works’ employees. Among them are licensed training programs taught by experienced instructors both from special educational institutions and internal certified teachers. This approach allows us to adapt teaching material to the specific character of our production.

2007 is the year of establishment of OJSC Motovilikhkinskiye Zavody Corporate University. It was established in order to provide in-house staff training. University staff trains managers and specialists in different operation areas as well as develops and carries out training programs, e.g. «Creation and training of management staff for key positions», «Production management», «Development and administration of CAD-technologies» etc.

Promotion opportunities of Motovilikha Works’ employees make their career growth mutually beneficial. On the one hand it allows us to achieve our strategic goals and to satisfy our future demand in efficient working employees. On the other hand promising specialists get a chance to use companies’ resources for improvement of their professional skills and rise of social status within the holding.

Beginning with 2003 we carry out training of managers and employees for the key positions as part of Presidential Program of management staff training. This allows us to increase significantly the level of management skills of employees on the leading positions.

Furthermore we always pay attention to training of recent graduates. In order to help them we have developed the Support program for young professionals.
