Combination road machines on KamAZ basic chassises

    In winter season combination road machines are used for routine and speed cleaning of roadway from ice mound and pressured snow and for antiglazeice materials dissipating. In summer season they are used for brushing the debris from trafficway, for cleaning and watering the roadway, watering the adjacent areas, washing the road signs and hard barrier fences. Universal complex machines on KamAZ-53215 chassis are designated for year-round servicing of the automobile roads. Combination road machines on KamAZ-53228 basic chassis have modified hook-on equipment with enhanced user’s features: gritter with cargo body heating with exhaust gases from the basic truck, electronic control of anti-glaze-ice materials dissipating, enforced fenders and blade fixing elements. Combination road machines on dumper KamAZ-65111 base are designated for year-round servicing of the automobile roads and for using as usual dumper. Universal complex machines on KamAZ-55111 dumper chassis are also manufactured

Unique abilities of KM series

Control of assemblies and aggregates and regulation of antiglazeice materials feeding is performed from the driver’s cabin.
• Connecting of external equipment to hydraulic and water systems is provided.
• Hydraulic tank is equipped with liquid level control.
• Possibility of replacing hydro-aggregates, hoses and filters without draining working liquid from the tank is provided.
• Possibility of switching the gear while operation is provided due to the «relief» unit. With turning the «relief» unit on, hydrosystem pumps work for draining, and the gear box is «unloaded».
• The design of gritter’s cargo body excludes the possibility of getting anti-glaze-ice materials into dumper’s cargo body and it’s sticking to the walls of the dumper’s cargo body.
• Sensor controls the conveyor axis rotation, and in the case of conveyor’s jamming the signal is transmitted to the driver’s cabin.
• Conveyor’s chain is dual with separate cleaner’s blades provides more precise and economical feeding of the material. In gritter’s conveyor design may be used either calibrated anchor
chain or roller chain depending on order.
• Hydro engine of conveyor’s rotation is reversible (the forward and backward directions of the stream are possible) and it allows to avoid jamming of the conveyor and to «warm up» the hydro system at low temperatures.
• Both hydraulic circuits have pressure filters to avoid blocking of the system.
• Hydro engine is moved upwards (from the sand feeding zone) to avoid it’s contamination.
• Machine’s design ensures the fixing of the elements of hookon equipment in the case of pipelines breaking or hydro system pressure loss.
• Original design of the speed blade hook-on makes it more reliable and long-living in comparison with the analogues.
