Project named «Development of the high-tech machine-building production based on the modern methods of designing and flexible production processes of high-precise machining» became one of the winners of the open public competition held by the government of Russian Federation.
Involving research and technological capabilities of Perm State Technical University it is planned to establish production facilities, that will be able to respond flexibly on the market needs in military and civil machine building.

Nikolay Bukhvalov, Chief Executive of JSC Motovilikhinskiye Zavody:
— Realization of the common project with PSTU fits in such key priorities of Motovilikha as innovativeness and efficiency. We set ourselves the task to become the leading artillery manufacturer in Russia and one of the most efficient companies in machine building industry. This would be impossible without increasing research intensity of the production. PSTU is our old and trusted partner; together we can realize this complicated and important task.
Vasiliy Petrov, chancellor of Perm State Technical University:
- Certainly this project gives a new powerful impulse for Motovilikha for creation of the high-tech production and puts our research, development and technology on the new level. We understand the whole importance of the project. One of its success criteria will be further cooperation of our university and companies with high research-intensive production. In other words, this will be a great basis for the cooperation between PSTU scientists and the companies in our region in the future.
